All of its derivatives, title and accompanying materials are also his exclusive property. All rights of any kind, which are not expressly granted in this License Agreement, are also entirely and exclusively reserved to him. You may not rent, lease, transfer, modify, translate, reverse engineer, de-compile, dis-assemble or create derivative works based on this "the Ebook". Finally, Dr. S. M. Khairulbashar or any of his affiliations will not be held liable for any sort of damage or loss to you, your property, your machine or your electronics. Also any kind of claim physical or non-physical can not be made due to the usage of this "the Ebook".
